Congratulations goes out to Macy Bryant, 2020 EMT Completer, and CATEC Scholarship and Governor's Award recipient, for passing her EMS National Registry exam. Macy is an asset to CATEC and we're proud to have her as a student. Congrats, Macy!

We're looking forward to welcoming students back Sept 8! Our staff is committed to continuing fun project-based learning, even online. We'll distribute tools and equip to make hands-on learning happen soon. Download the CATEC, VA app for latest info.

CATEC is excited to welcome School Counselor Maggie Wilson! She is beginning her 17th yr in education, having taught & worked as a school counselor in CA & VA. She holds a Master's in School Counseling. We're happy Ms. Wilson will be joining our staff!

Look at the excitement on 2020 EMT Completer Leah Morris's face! How often do you see students feel this sense of pride in their hard work? This is what CATEC is all about! Congrats again to Leah for passing her National Registry exam & being a legit EMT.

This is a picture of 2020 CATEC EMT Completer Leah Morris earlier in the school year, practicing her hands-on skills in class. Yesterday, Leah tested for the EMT National Registry at CATEC and passed her exam- the first person in her class to test! We are so proud of her!
